Fried Green Olives Stuffed with Blue Cheese

These olives are a delicious appetizer for any event. They can be prepared ahead of time making them the perfect party snack because they can be cooked and served in 10 minutes. They are best when served hot while the cheese is still melted.
Ingredients:
1 ounce mild blue cheese
24 pitted Spanish olives
All-purpose flour
1 large egg, beaten to blend
1/2 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
Instructions:
1.       Drain olives and pat them down with a paper towel.
2.      Roll a small amount of blue cheese into a cylinder shape and stuff it into the center of the olive; repeat for all olives.
3.      If you are short on time steps 1 and 2 can be done a day before and stored in a covered dish in the fridge.
4.       Place the flour, egg, and bread crumbs in 3 separate bowls.
5.      Roll each olive in flour, dip it in egg, and then roll it in bread crumbs until evenly coated.
6.      Using your Philips air fryer, cook at 320 for 10 minutes, tossing a few times during cooking.
