Fried Green Tomatoes

Fried green tomatoes are simple, yet almost addictive they are so good. This would be an awesome appetizer for a summer party or a movie night while screening the movie of the same name.
Ingredients:
4 medium green tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
3/4 cups cornmeal
2 tablespoons flour
Instructions:
1.       Cut tomatoes into thick slices discarding both ends.
2.      Mix together the salt and lemon pepper; and sprinkle both sides of each slice.
3.       Let the slices stand for 10 minutes.
4.       Mix the flour and cornmeal together until even.
5.       Coat each slice in the cornmeal mixture.
6.      Cook at 350 degrees in your Philips air fryer for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
