Broccoli Fritters

This recipe does not go full vegan, but it is a nice vegetarian recipe which can be used on its own or to replace a meat patty. It offers a nice even flavor that is sure to please the pallet of even the pickiest eater at your dinner table.
Ingredients:
8 ounces steamed broccoli
1 large egg
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
1 small clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon sea salt, plus more to taste
A pinch of red pepper flakes or several grinds of black pepper
Instructions:

Beat the egg in a large mixing bowl.
2.
Add flour, cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper; mix well.
3.
Add the broccoli to the bowl and use a potato masher (a fork will work if you don’t have one) to mash it into small pieces.
4.
Mix everything together until the batter is even and pour even amounts into a muffin tin.
5.
Bake in your Philips air fryer at 360 degrees for 20 minutes.
