Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower

This recipe is so delicious and so comparable to traditional buffalo wings that it may even turn me into a vegan. It offers all of the taste and texture without any of the guilt which, in my humble opinion, makes it one of the best vegan recipes ever.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Sea salt
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup vodka
1 head cauliflower, cut into 1-inch florets
1/3 cup hot sauce
1 medium clove minced garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
1.      Combine flour, corn starch, 2 teaspoons salt, and baking soda into a bowl and mix until even.
2.      Add water and vodka to the mix and stir until creating a batter.
3.       Dip cauliflower florets into the batter and place in the basket.
4.      Using your Philips, cook at 360 degrees for 15 minutes, shaking often.
5.       While the florets cook, combine hot sauce, garlic, and olive oil.
6.       Toss cauliflower in hot sauce mix and serve.
