Fried Plantains

This recipe proves that there are times when you are allowed to have your cake and eat it too. This recipe is relatively healthy, but your taste buds would never that.
Ingredients:
2 ripe plantains
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup orange juice
Instructions:

Peel plantains and cut them into 1/4-inch-thick circles.

Pour orange juice into a bowl and soak plantain slices in the orange juice for at least an hour in the fridge.
3.
Toss slices in panko until covered evenly and place in basket.
4.
Cook at 320 degrees for 10 minutes, tossing a few times.
