Pumpkin and Chickpea Fritters

These vegetable fritters are awesome because they are 100% vegan and are a great option to replace normal meat patties. These fritters offer a nice combination of sweet and tangy which makes for a happy palate.
Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas, drained
1/2 cup organic canned pumpkin puree
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1 teaspoon garlic granules
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
A few dashes of pepper, cayenne and salt to taste
Instructions:
1.
Combine the chickpeas and pumpkin in a large bowl and smash together.
2.
Mix in the salt, pepper, garlic, and cayenne.
3.
Mix in vinegar and hemp seeds.
4.
Roll the mix into balls, then flatten and place in the basket.
5.
Bake in your Philips at 360 degrees for 20 minutes.
