Vegan Egg Nog French Toast

If you want to prove that veganism isn’t all that bad, use this recipe. This recipe is obviously meant for breakfast, but it could also double as a sweet treat with or without syrup.
Ingredients:
10 slices bread, I used day old sourdough bread (5 large slices, halved)
1-1/4 cups vegan eggnog
2 tablespoons espresso
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon orange zest
1/2 banana
2 teaspoons ground flax seeds
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:

Place all ingredients except for bread in a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
2.
Pour the mixture into a shallow bowl.
3.
Add bread and soak for minute so the bread absorbs the mixture.
4.
Cook in your Philips at 360 degrees for 10 minutes, flipping half way.
