Almond Crusted Chicken Fingers

This recipe is low in fat and high in flavor. The almonds really set off the crunchiness and will make you completely forget about that old oil fried chicken.
Ingredients:
Canola oil cooking spray
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup whole-wheat flour
1-1/2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1-1/2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
4 large egg whites
1 pound chicken tenders
Instructions:

Combine flour, almonds, paprika, dry mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into a food processor and process until the almonds are fine and the paprika is evenly mixed.

Drizzle oil into the flour mixture and process for another minute.

Beat egg whites in a shallow bowl.
4.
Coat chicken tenders in egg, then coat evenly in flour mixture.
5.
Cook in your Philips air fryer at 360 degrees for 15 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through.
