Country Fried Steak and Mushroom Gravy

There will never be a healthier and more flavorful way to cook a country fried steak than this. It is perfect to serve at any time of day and will definitely be a crowd pleaser.
Ingredients:
4 cubed steaks
2 large eggs
1/2 dozen mushrooms
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 tablespoons black pepper
2 tablespoons salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder
1-1/4 teaspoons paprika
1-1/2 cups whole milk
1/3 cup flour
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
1.
Mix 1/2 flour and a pinch of black pepper in a shallow bowl or on a plate.

Beat 2 eggs in a bowl and mix in a pinch of salt and pepper.
3.
In another shallow bowl mix together the other half of the flour with a pepper to taste, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, and onion powder.

Chop mushrooms and set aside.
5.
Press your steak into the first flour bowl, then dip in egg, then press the steak into the second flour bowl until covered
completely.
6.
Cook steak in your Philips at 360 degrees for 15 Minutes, flipping halfway through.
7.
While the steak cooks, warm the butter over medium heat and add mushrooms to sauté.
8.
Add 4 tablespoons of the flour and pepper mix to the pan and mix until there are no clumps of flour.
9.
Mix in whole milk and simmer.
10.
Serve over steak for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
