Crispy Fried Pork Cutlets

This is an easy way to take an already tasty dish and make it even better. Crispy pork is not as common as it should be because the crispy outside really takes pork cutlets to the next level.
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan
Sea salt
11 (1/4-pound) pork tenderloin, sliced 3/4 inches thick, pounded 1/4 inch thick
2 eggs
Instructions:
1.       Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside.
2.      In a separate bowl mix together panko, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and parmesan; once completely mixed pour on to a plate.
3.      Dip the pork cutlets in egg, then press into panko mix on each side to coat evenly.
4.       Cook at 360 degrees for 14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
