Easy Fried Fish Filets

These fried fish filets are the perfect marriage of delicious, easy, and healthy. Their light texture and full flavor make them perfect to pair with many side dishes.
Ingredients:
1 pound fish fillets, such as haddock, tilapia, cod, etc.
1/2 cup flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
1.       In a single bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
2.      Evenly coat each filet in the flour mix, then lay the filets in a single layer in the basket.
3.      Cook in your Philips at 360 degrees for 15 minutes, flip the filets halfway through.
