Fried Fish Tacos

Fish tacos are becoming increasingly popular for many reasons from street tacos to high class restaurants. Now you can make fish tacos at home that satisfy the palate of the kids and the sensibilities of mom and dad.
Ingredients:
2 pounds cod
3 cups panko breadcrumbs
3 eggs
2 teaspoons cold water
Salt and pepper to taste
16 soft tortillas
1 (14 ounce) bag Coleslaw
2 avocados
1 tomatoes
Instructions:

Beat eggs, water, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.

Pour your bread crumbs into a separate bowl.
3.
Cut fish into 8 pieces and season with salt and paper.
4.
Dip fish in egg mixture, then roll in panko crumbs to coat evenly.
5.
Place them on a pan lined with paper towels to allow the bread crumbs to soak into the fish.
6.
Cook in your Philips at 360 degrees for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
7.
Serve with tortillas, avocados, coleslaw, and tomatoes.
