Oyster Sandwiches

Oyster sandwiches may not sound very appealing to some, but their taste buds will beg to differ. Not only is this recipe delicious, but it is fairly healthy too, which is a win-win. These sandwiches may not be every week thing, but they are definitely a nice treat.
Ingredients:
Spicy rémoulade sauce:
1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup whole-grain mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon pickle juice
1 tablespoon drained capers
1 teaspoon horseradish
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot paprika
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
Oysters:
1 cup buttermilk
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
48 oysters, shucked and drained
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
6 brioches or potato hot dog rolls
Instructions:

Combine the mayo, hot sauce, mustard, garlic, pickle juice, capers, paprika, cayenne pepper, and horseradish; mix well.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Mix together the buttermilk, salt, and pepper.
4.
Add oysters and let stand.

In another bowl, mix together flour, cornstarch, old bay spice, and bread crumbs.

Take the oysters out of the buttermilk mix and toss in the flour mix.
7.
Using your Philips, cook at 360 degrees for 20 minutes, flipping half way through.
8.
Serve inside of bun and topped with sauce.
