Potato Crusted Salmon

Salmon has a rather unique flavor that is not for everyone, but this recipe makes salmon a preferred dish. The crispy potato flakes compliment the taste of salmon with overpowering it completely.
Ingredients:
1 pound salmon, swordfish or arctic char fillets, 3/4 inch thick
1 egg white
2 tablespoons water
1/3 cup dry instant mashed potatoes
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
Instructions:

Remove and skin from the fish and cut it into 4 serving pieces.

Mix together the egg white and water.
3.
Mix together all of the dry ingredients.

Dip the filets into the egg white mixture then press into the potato mix to coat evenly.
5.
In your Philips, cook at 360 degrees for 15 minutes, flip the filets halfway through.
