Hoddeok

Hoddeok is a Korean fried sweet pancake that can be served as breakfast or desert. Some people serve it as the latter with ice cream. No matter how you choose to serve it, it is sure to quickly become a family favorite.
Ingredients:
Dough:
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1 tablespoon instant dry yeast
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup milk powder
1/2 cup water
Filling:
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey powder
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, pour flours, yeast, sugar, salt, and milk powder.

Heat water until it begins to steam then combine with the dry mixture.

Knead the dough together with your hands and set aside, covering the bowl with a towel or plastic wrap for about 20 minutes.

While the dough sets combine walnuts, brown sugar, honey powder, and cinnamon.
5.
Divide the dough into 8 separate pieces and roll out.
6.
Make a small indent in each dough disc and fill each with equal amounts of the filling mix.
7.
Fold the dough over and seal it.
8.
Roll the dough into a ball and then flatten it with your hand.
9.
In your Philips air fryer, cook at 360 degrees for 15 minutes.
