Fried Chickpeas

As long as you remember to soak your chickpeas the day before this recipe is not very time intensive. It is awesome because it is healthy, naturally gluten free, and bursting with taste.
Ingredients:
2 cups dried channa
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 scotch bonnet pepper
2 cloves garlic
Water to soak the peas
Instructions:
1.      Pour the chickpeas in a bowl and cover in water, allow them to absorb water until they double in size, usually overnight.
2.      Cook the chickpeas in your Philips air fryer at 360 degrees for about 15 minutes, shaking often.
3.      While the chickpeas cook, chop up the pepper garlic, and cilantro into fine pieces.
4.       Mix the vegetable together with the parmesan cheese.
5.       Mix the vegetable mix with the chickpeas and serve.
