Salmon Nuggets

These nuggets are as delicious as they are healthy. There is no gluten, but there are a ton of nutrients, and a combination of flavors that may even get your kids to eat their fish.
Ingredients:
2 (14-3/4-ounce) cans wild-caught Alaskan salmon
1 cup almond meal/flour
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1-2 teaspoons lemon zest
Instructions:

Use a fork to break apart salmon in a mixing bowl.

Mix the rest of the ingredients well with the salmon.
3.
Form salmon into nuggets and place in the basket.

Cook at 360 degrees for 15 minutes, tossing a few times during cooking.
