Orange Glaze for Ham or Pork

1 cup firmly packed brown sugar

Grated peel and juice of one 1 large orange

Grated peel and juice of ½ large lemon

½ teaspoon cinnamon

In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients and blend well. Spread thickly on a ham or on pork chops 30 minutes before removing from the oven. To create a brush-on glaze, blend these ingredients with 1 stick butter and use a brush to glaze pork.

Makes glaze for 1 small ham or 4 to 6 pork chops
