You can buy barbecued pork by the pound in the South, at almost any joint on any roadside. It’s good, smoked out back, and melts in your mouth. For a fourth of the pound price, you can get almost the same amount of meat (a pound) by ordering a sandwich.

If you know how to order in the South, you can really get a good value.
