Hybrid deployment

A hybrid cloud model is a model in which several clouds, public and/or private, work together. This means that one cloud service provider offers the use of its own services and resources in combination with the resources of some other service providers.

Hybrid cloud services can also be offered by an intermediary who does not have any resources in their possession, but only allows or facilitates users to use the resources of other service providers. In this case, the provider must manage a hybrid cloud over the conditions set by the user.

In this diagram, we see that workload is spread across cloud and on premises resources:

The position of users of hybrid cloud services is identical to the one in which the public cloud is used. The user of the hybrid cloud does not need to possess all of the expertise and knowledge required for its management; that is the task of the hybrid cloud service provider.

The obligations of the providers of the hybrid cloud services are equal to the obligations of the providers of public cloud services, but it is important that the SLA signed by the provider and user of the hybrid cloud service must be in some digital form and certified with a digital signature. This will enable the service provider to select the required resources in accordance with the user conditions without the need for direct employee intervention.
