Cloud computing has been accepted around the world and is increasingly being used for business and private purposes. Today, organizations are increasingly using the internet to do their jobs. The cloud allows them to avoid buying the necessary hardware and software, and with a very reasonable price, we rent all hardware and software and do their job, which enables them to reduce costs and flexibility in their work, and a faster performance.
As almost every household uses the internet today, it is so important for organizations to have their business or part of the business on the internet in order to be as popular and spacious as possible and to do the best they can. But cloud computing has not yet reached its climax, continues to evolve, and is trying to reduce security issues and increase the economic aspect in order to attract as many users as possible.
In the future, we can expect that cloud computing will encourage the development of more advanced technologies and how they will improve both business and general use of computing for private purposes.
In this chapter, the aim was to get acquainted with the application of cloud computing for business purposes and all its characteristics, advantages and disadvantages.
The result is that cloud computing leads to easier and quicker operation compared to traditional business, with a reduction in costs, which means fewer employees in the organization and no hardware and software, because it is all hired by the service providers. But this kind of computing has downsides, including issues with privacy and data security, data management, data availability, and so on.
In the next chapter, we will utilize all the knowledge discussed in previous chapters and design a CX solution for the TELCO company.
