Author’s Note: This is a bit of cheat day for me but still within my carb level budget. There is something exciting when chocolate lava breaks from the cake when I slice it. We had new neighbors next door, and I wanted to make an impression, so I baked this cake for them.

Ingredients

Let’s Cook:

  1. Heat air fryer to 180c degrees
  2. Coat cake mold with cooking spray
  3. Put the stevia and the applesauce into a mixer
  4. Pulse until well combined
  5. Add the eggs, pulse again until fluffy
  6. Melt the chocolate chips
  7. Add flour, salt, and the melted chocolate chips
  8. Pour the mixture into the mold
  9. Bake for 3 minutes
  10. Put the cake on a serving plate
  11. Top with the berries
  12. Serve
