Author’s Note: This is a bit of cheat day for me but still within my carb level budget. There is something exciting when chocolate lava breaks from the cake when I slice it. We had new neighbors next door, and I wanted to make an impression, so I baked this cake for them.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 150 g unsweetened chocolate chips
- 35 g stevia
- 80 g almond flour
- 75 g applesauce
- 8 pcs blueberries
- 8 pcs raspberries
Let’s Cook:
- Heat air fryer to 180c degrees
- Coat cake mold with cooking spray
- Put the stevia and the applesauce into a mixer
- Pulse until well combined
- Add the eggs, pulse again until fluffy
- Melt the chocolate chips
- Add flour, salt, and the melted chocolate chips
- Pour the mixture into the mold
- Bake for 3 minutes
- Put the cake on a serving plate
- Top with the berries
- Serve
