Eggless Cake

Author’s Note: This is an interesting cake for anyone who prefers not to have eggs on their desserts. I got a taste of this cake when a guest arrived and should I say decided to take over my kitchen. She does not really like eggs on anything and she showed me how baking a cake without an egg is really possible. I hate to admit it, but the cake tasted good.

Ingredients

Let’s Cook:

  1. Heat the air fryer to 200c
  2. Put the stevia, milk, semolina, yogurt and oil in a bowl, mix until well combined
  3. Set aside for 15 minutes
  4. Add the baking soda and the baking powder
  5. Add walnuts
  6. Fold the batter
  7. Coat the baking pan with cooking spray
  8. Pour the batter
  9. Spread the batter on the pan by tapping
  10. Bake for 15 minutes
  11. Allow to cool for another 10 minutes
  12. Slice into preferred slices
  13. Serve
