Author’s Note: Flavor is my top priority when it comes to baking my desserts and second to that is chewiness. I do not really like cookies that are dry and brittle. I want them crunchy on the outside but soft and gooey on the inside.

Ingredients
- 100 g unsweetened chocolate
- 50 g applesauce
- 75 g stevia
- 175 g almond flour
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp milk
Let’s Cook:
- Heat air fryer to 180c degrees
- Put in a bowl the applesauce and stevia, mix until fluffy
- Add the flour and honey, mix again
- Use a rolling pin to break the chocolate into smaller chunks
- Add the chocolate and pour the milk
- Mix until well combined
- Scoop the cookies and arrange on a baking sheet
- Bake for 6 minutes
- Lower heat to 160c and bake for another 2 minutes
- Serve
