Ridged Cookies

Author’s Note: I got these ridged cookies as a gift from one of my friends, and I wanted to make something similar in my own kitchen. Of course, I tweaked the recipe so that I can make it on my air fryer. The secret to making the ridges is to use a fork to make the indentations. Try to play with the patterns; I asked my kids to design the cookies. The results were hilarious but still all fun.

Ingredients

Let’s Cook:

  1. Heat air fryer to 160c degrees
  2. Put butter and stevia into a mixing bowl, beat until fluffy
  3. Add the flour and starch and mix again
  4. Use hands to roll the dough into small balls
  5. Put parchment paper on line the air fryer basket
  6. Arrange the dough balls in the basket
  7. Use a fork and gently press into the dough to create ridges
  8. Bake for 15 minutes
  9. Serve
