Author’s Note: Sometimes you want to be as simple as you can whenever you are baking. This recipe is one of those 3-ingredient only air fryer recipes. Imagine the relative ease in preparing this dessert with only a few ingredients to prepare.

Ingredients

Let’s Cook:

  1. Put the puree and stevia into a bowl, cream until fluffy
  2. Add the flour, mix until it becomes dough
  3. Use a cling wrap and wrap the dough
  4. Put and keep in freezer for 30 minutes
  5. Heat air fryer to 140c degrees
  6. Use hands to shape dough into preferred size and shape
  7. Bake for 15 minutes
  8. Serve

The consistency of the dough makes it an excellent bonding activity with your kids. While rolling them into small balls and then pressing them into cookies is one of the classic ways of doing this recipe, you can be as creative as you can. Ask your kids to shape the dough into their preferred shapes and have an exciting time waiting for the results to be baked.
