Author’s Note: There are a lot of ice cream flavors, but cookie dough is definitely the top of my list. I wanted to recreate this flavor on my air fryer. I cut the cookie dough into smaller sizes and gave them away as samples for an upcoming bake sale with my neighbors.

Ingredients

Let’s Cook:

  1. Heat air fryer to 160c degrees
  2. Put in a bowl the applesauce and the stevia, cream until fluffy
  3. Add the flour and honey
  4. Use a rolling pin to break the chocolate into smaller chunks
  5. Add the chocolate to the flour mixture
  6. Pour the milk and stir
  7. Put baking sheet in a tin
  8. Scoop the cookie dough into the tin
  9. Bake for 20 minutes
  10. Serve

If you like a chewy dessert, then reduce the baking time to about 15 minutes. You can do this technique for other similar recipes where you would rather have a chewier version than what the recipe has provided.
