Raisin Cookies

Author’s Note: Flaxseeds are very popular now because of its health benefits. I tweaked this recipe so that I can include this ingredient. Let me tell you that it was a bit of a disaster when I first baked this recipe. I was so excited about using the flaxseed that I ignored the instructions on the packaging. Remember; soak the flax in water until the seeds become soft enough to be baked.

Ingredients

Let’s Cook:

  1. Heat air fryer to 180c degrees
  2. Put the oats, cinnamon powder and baking powder into a bowl, mix until well combined
  3. Add the stevia, extract and flaxseed with the water, mix again
  4. Add the raisins and mix again
  5. Use hands to shape the raisin dough into preferred size
  6. Use palm to flatten the dough
  7. Bake for 8 minutes
  8. Allow to cool
  9. Serve
