Berry Crumble

Author’s Note: Another one of kids’ favorite fruits is a berry; blackberries to be exact and of the fruits they don’t like are apricots. I found a way to sneak in the apricots by mixing it berries.

Ingredients

Let’s Cook:

  1. Heat air fryer to 190c degrees
  2. Slice the apricots into halves and remove the stones, then cube
  3. Put cubed apricots into the bowl and add the berries, juice and 2 tbsp of the stevia, mix until well combined
  4. Scoop the mixture into an oven dish, spread evenly and set aside
  5. In another bowl, put together the salt, flour and remaining stevia, mix again
  6. Add cold water and use fingertips to mix into a crumbly consistency
  7. Spread the flour mixture on top of the fruit mixture
  8. Use your palms and press lightly over the surface
  9. Put the dish into the air fryer basket
  10. Bake for 20 minutes
  11. Allow to cool
  12. Serve
