
Author’s Note: Another one of kids’ favorite fruits is a berry; blackberries to be exact and of the fruits they don’t like are apricots. I found a way to sneak in the apricots by mixing it berries.

Ingredients
- 5 ½ oz blackberries
- 18 oz apricots
- 1 cup stevia
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 5 tbsp applesauce
Let’s Cook:
- Heat air fryer to 190c degrees
- Slice the apricots into halves and remove the stones, then cube
- Put cubed apricots into the bowl and add the berries, juice and 2 tbsp of the stevia, mix until well combined
- Scoop the mixture into an oven dish, spread evenly and set aside
- In another bowl, put together the salt, flour and remaining stevia, mix again
- Add cold water and use fingertips to mix into a crumbly consistency
- Spread the flour mixture on top of the fruit mixture
- Use your palms and press lightly over the surface
- Put the dish into the air fryer basket
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Allow to cool
- Serve
