Author’s Note: When I am craving for something, I want to get it as soon as possible. So when I found myself craving for muffins, this recipe came to mind. Air fryers are a huge time and energy saver because I do not have to bake an entire batch in a traditional oven.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- ½ cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 4 tbsp milk
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ¼ cup stevia
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Let’s Cook:
- Heat air fryer to 200c degrees
- Put in a bowl 1 tbsp flour and 1 tbsp cocoa powder, mix
- Add salt and baking powder
- Add stevia and baking soda, mix again using a fork
- Put in another bowl the yogurt, vanilla extract, and milk, mix again
- Separate the middle of the flour mixture to form a well
- Pour the yogurt mixture
- Add the vinegar, mix until well incorporated, do not overmix
- Add the chocolate chips
- Divide the mixture into 6 tins
- Put in the air fryer basket
- Bake for 8 minutes
- Remove from basket and allow to cool for 5 minutes
- Serve
