Author’s Note: This is a classic pie using cherries but let me tell you that you can easily substitute the cherry with another fruit that you prefer.

Ingredients
- 200 g cherries
- 1 egg
- 50 g almond flour
- 125 ml sour cream
- 2 tbsp stevia
- 3 tbsp vodka
- 10 g applesauce
- Salt
Let’s Cook:
- Heat air fryer to 180c degrees
- Prepare the cherries, remove the pit and put in a bowl
- Add vodka and mix, set aside
- Coat a cake tin with cooking spray, set aside
- Put in another bowl the stevia, egg, sour cream and salt, mix until it becomes smooth
- Scoop the batter into the tin
- Top the batter with the cherries
- Spread the applesauce in the top
- Put the tin into the air fryer basket
- Bake for 25 minutes
- Allow to cool
- Serve
