Author’s Note: This is a classic pie using cherries but let me tell you that you can easily substitute the cherry with another fruit that you prefer.

Ingredients

Let’s Cook:

  1. Heat air fryer to 180c degrees
  2. Prepare the cherries, remove the pit and put in a bowl
  3. Add vodka and mix, set aside
  4. Coat a cake tin with cooking spray, set aside
  5. Put in another bowl the stevia, egg, sour cream and salt, mix until it becomes smooth
  6. Scoop the batter into the tin
  7. Top the batter with the cherries
  8. Spread the applesauce in the top
  9. Put the tin into the air fryer basket
  10. Bake for 25 minutes
  11. Allow to cool
  12. Serve
