Author’s Note: Fried never felt so guilt free with this recipe and with the air fryer. It is sweet and crunchy on the outside, with all the flavors of deep fried dishes but without the oil and the carbs!

Ingredients
- 8 bananas, ripe
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- ½ corn flour
- 3 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 cup almond flour
Let’s Cook:
- Heat air fryer to 140c degrees
- Heat the coconut oil in a pan and add the almond flour
- Cook for 3 minutes while stirring
- Remove from pan and transfer to bowl
- Prepare the bananas by peeling and slicing into halves
- Put eggs into a bowl and beat
- Roll the banana slices into the flour, eggs, and the crumbs
- Arrange the bananas in the basket
- Sprinkle with cinnamon
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Serve
