Health Tip #43 – Try 10-Minute Routines
There are several ten-minute routines that are available on the Internet. You may try one of them based on your requirements. These routines are high intensity short duration activities that will help you burn fat and tone your body at the same time.
When you are practicing a routine from a CD or the Internet, be mindful of the posture. The slightest mistake may cause injuries and you will have no one to hold responsible for it but yourself. If you have friends who work out regularly or even professionally, seek advice at all times to keep yourself safe.
Here is a ten-minute routine that you can try and the only equipment you need is a resistance band.
- 2 sets of push-ups with your knees bent
- 1 set on either side of Shoulder press with resistance band
- 2 sets of shoulder press with lunge
- 2 sets of bicep curls with resistance band
- 2 sets of lateral raises with resistance band
- 1 set of lunges on each side
Each set can vary between 12 to 15 repetitions. If you do not know what any exercise means, you will be able to find a detailed description of each of them on the Internet.
