Health Tip #72 – Swiss Balls Are Great
We all have really comfortable chairs at work. These chairs are designed ergonomically to keep our back supported and also ensure the right posture.
While it is recommended that you use these chairs for most part of the day, it would do you great good to deviate for an hour or so each day.
Just keep a Swiss ball in your office. For an hour everyday, replace your chair with it.
When you are working while you are sitting on the Swiss ball, your core muscles are fully engaged. Now, that is a great way to get rid of that tummy fat that you have been struggling with for the longest time now. 
It also strengthens your back and core and gives you better posture for everything else that you do throughout the day.
