Health Tip #74 – Carry Your Lunch
We get into several poor eating habits primarily because we need to eat out when at work.
If you are working late some day, plan ahead like we discussed before and carry all the meals and snacks that you require till you get home.
This will certainly prevent loading up on unwanted sugars and fats. You will also be able to watch the portion that you are consuming.
There is no temptation when you do this because, lets face it, you do not want to waste all the food that you have cooked yourself. So, you will be able to make healthier eating choices.
