Put up your goals with images to keep the cues coming. This is a great way to stay on track even when you feel like chucking it all.
Place the vision chart in places that you look at the most. This could be the door of your cupboard, you fridge or even the switchboard closest to the door.
You will constantly look at the vision board when you are at home. Your brain receives the message on a sub conscious level, making it easier for you to stay on track.
