While many people will cut breakfast out because they think it will save them on calories, it could actually be harming your weight loss goals.
There have been many studies done that show that eating a healthy breakfast every morning is able to help you lose weight while skipping out could make you gain back more weight.
This is thought to be because you will be more likely to overeat in the evening if you missed out on breakfast.
You also need to make your breakfast smart; choosing a sugar treat like a donut or a small granola bar will not help you out. Choose a balanced breakfast for the best results.
