If you are having trouble with getting in the vitamins that you need to stay strong or you just do not like the taste of water that much, consider making your own vitamin water.
There are a variety of store brands that are available which can help you just make some on the go or you can make your own.
Many of these recipes are going to have some added flavoring so you will be able to add in a little bit of taste to your drink rather than just drinking old boring water.
Just be careful with the types you buy at the store or that you make.
It is not going to do any good for your nutrition if you are consuming a ton of sugar in these packets of vitamin water. Even when you are making the juices on your own, you should make sure that you are not accidentally adding in more sugar than is necessary.
