Health Tip #138 – Bed Comfort is Compulsory
On your bed, you should make sure that there is enough room in order to turn around and stretch out comfortably.
You might want to try out a new mattress or even a new pillow if you find that you wake up with a sore neck or back.
Try some different firmness with the mattress; this does not mean that you have to buy a new mattress each time, but you can add some egg or foam crate toppers in order to get less or more support to get the best sleep.
You should also remember to keep the bed just for sex and for sleep. If you do other activities on the bed, it can confuse your mind and won’t help to trigger that it is bedtime.
