Health Tip #139 – Plan A Bedtime Ritual
You should make sure that you have a good bedtime ritual in place in order to start triggering your body to go to sleep.
Having this same ritual in place all of the time can make it easier to get the bed.
Some things that you can try out in order to have a good ritual would include things like
- Reading a book or other material with a soft light
- Listening to some soft music
- Find a simple hobby that will not get you too excited and do it in order to wind down.
These are just some of the things that you can do in order to fall asleep at night and wake up at a more natural time each day.
The sleep that you get is important to helping you to get the energy and recovery that you need so that the rest of your progress is not wasted.
Make sure that you are getting plenty of sleep each night for the best results.
