Makes 4 to 6 servings
4 to 6 t. raspberry jam, divided
1 teapot brewed English breakfast tea
sugar to taste
Optional: whipped cream
Place one teaspoon jam in the bottom of each teacup; pour hot tea over jam and stir. Add sugar to taste and top with whipped cream, if desired.
Set the breakfast table the night before…enjoy a relaxed breakfast in the morning!
