Jump-Start Pizza

Makes 8 servings

8-oz. tube refrigerated crescent rolls, separated

28-oz. pkg. frozen shredded hashbrowns with peppers and onions, partially thawed and divided

6 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled

4-oz. can diced green chiles, drained

1/2 to 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

5 eggs, beaten

Arrange crescent rolls to cover the bottom of an ungreased 12" pizza pan; press seams together and pinch edges to form a slight rim. Spread half the hashbrowns evenly over crust; reserve remainder for another recipe. Sprinkle with bacon, chiles and cheese; carefully pour eggs over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Slice into wedges to serve.
