Makes 8 to 10 servings
3 c. sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. baking cocoa
3 c. milk
1 t. vanilla extract
1 T. butter
10-oz. tube refrigerated biscuits, baked
Mix sugar, flour, cocoa and milk in a microwave-safe container. Microwave on high setting for 8 to 10 minutes, until thick and bubbly; stir every 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from microwave; stir in vanilla and butter. To serve, crumble biscuits onto individual serving plates; spoon gravy over biscuits.
