Making this light and savory soufflé is easier than you think and the best part is it satiates your sweet tooth thanks to the sweetness of pineapple.

Ingredients Required:

½ cup almond meal

1 cup pineapple,

1 cup apple

4 egg whites

½ cup almonds

Method:

Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Chop the pineapple and make a puree of the pineapple till it is thick and creamy in texture. Mix in the almond meal. Chop the apples and make a puree of it. Repeat the process with the apple. In another bowl, whip the egg whites until it has soft peak. Fold it into pineapple mixture. Bake it in the pre-heated oven for 30 minutes. Garnish with grated almonds.
