Wood-fired ovens come in a variety of forms—fully manufactured; as kits to assemble; and as custom installations created by a contractor. They are sold in home-supply centers, garden centers, and patio/hearth stores, but they are not as widely available as, say, grills or smokers. Sometimes you will need to contact the manufacturer either to order directly or to find a local retailer. The following are the more prominent manufacturers.
