sprouted seed and pineapple smoothie

serves 1

½ cup sprouted alfalfa seeds

2 tablespoons sprouted sesame seeds

80 g (2¾ oz/½ cup) chopped pineapple

375 ml (13 fl oz/1½ cups) non-dairy milk, such as oat, almond, rice or coconut milk

Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until well combined and smooth. Serve immediately.
