kale, apple and beetroot juice
serves 2
50 g (1¾ oz/1 cup) kale
2 granny smith apples, cored and quartered
1 beetroot, including stalks and leaves, scrubbed
¼ red or green cabbage, chopped
1 garlic clove
Using an electric juice extractor, juice the kale, apple, beetroot, cabbage and garlic into a jug. Pour into serving glasses and serve immediately.
I love that I can get my greens for the day, plus the beets and of course, an apple a day all in one hit!
