1 25.6-oz. pkg. nonfat dry milk powder
1 16-oz. jar powdered nondairy creamer
1 8-oz. container unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
2 cups powdered sugar
Tiny marshmallows (optional)
1. In an extra-large bowl combine the first four ingredients (through powdered sugar). Transfer mix to an airtight container and store up to 3 months.
2. To serve, place ½ cup of the mix in a mug and add ½ cup boiling water. If desired, top with marshmallows.

Malted Hot Chocolate Mix: Prepare as directed, except add one 13-oz. jar malted milk powder to the dry mix. Makes about 18 cups mix (enough for 36 servings).
