3 cups walnut halves, toasted
¼ cup pure maple syrup
⅛ tsp. salt
Dash ground cinnamon
1. Place walnut halves in a food processor;* cover and process until finely chopped. Add the remaining ingredients. Cover and process 5 minutes or until nearly smooth, stopping to scrape bowl as needed.
*Recipe Note: If you don’t have a food processor, you can use a high-performance blender.
To Store: Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
Serving Ideas: Use this nut butter as a filling for cinnamon rolls or sandwich cookies. Spread onto pancakes or serve with grilled peaches, nectarines, or pineapple.
