½ cup all-purpose flour

½ cup dried cherries, snipped

1 egg, beaten

3 Tbsp. packed brown sugar

3 Tbsp. vegetable oil

In a large bowl combine the first five ingredients (through dried cherries). In a small bowl stir together the remaining ingredients; pour over granola mixture, stirring until well coated. Press evenly into the prepared pan.

2. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Using the edges of the foil, lift the uncut bars out of the pan. Cut into bars.
